Consultations are meant to help home owners and/or realtors decide how to present their properties to the buying public. We help you decide what rooms need painting, what paint colors to use, what new lighting fixtures to buy, how to prioritize your to-do list based on your own unique schedule and budget, and (for owner occupied homes) what furniture and accessories to pack away or shift around. Consultations generally take about 1.5 hours and cost $95. It is well worth the price!



Preparing a house for sale is stressful and time consuming. Let us do the work! We will rearrange furniture, paint, change lighting fixtures, and stage your house with whatever you might already have inside. Cost is based on amount of work. Daily rate is generally $345. Half day is generally $190. You’ll be amazed and relieved when you see the final results!
